| Charles R. Patty, Jr. |
Mr. Patty is a principal of FortCap Partners. Affiliates of FortCap Partners have acquired over $150 million of investment properties since its inception in 2004. Prior to founding FortCap, Chuck was a principal and the Chief Investment Officer at Harbor Group International. During his tenure there, he coordinated all transactional activity and debt placement and was directly responsible for over $1 billion in acquisition activity. He was also responsible for the disposition of over 50 Harbor Group-sponsored investments generating average internal rates of return in excess of 20 percent during the entire ownership period. Prior to his association with Harbor Group, Chuck was a Vice President and the Director of Acquisitions of InterSouth Management, a Charlotte, North Carolina based syndicate of apartment properties. He began his career in real estate as a commercial/investment property broker with the Daniel Ravenel Company in Charleston, South Carolina, in 1989.
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. He is the chair of the Board of Directors of the Hampton Roads chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Chuck is also active in the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), and several civic organizations.

| Paul Van |
|
Mr. Van is a principal of FortCap Partners. He is involved in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, financing, and executing acquisitions for FortCap. He is also involved in overseeing refinancing and ensuring that all assets meet or exceed investment projections. This is accomplished through budget review, analysis and approval of capital spending, oversight of management and personnel, and communicating with lenders to ensure that each property is performing within required covenants.
Paul was formerly a Vice President at Harbor Group International and participated in and sourced over $200 million of acquisitions while there from 2003-2005. He began his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions investment banker at UBS Warburg in New York City. While there, he advised on over $3 billion of transactions for various clients in the consumer product, restaurant, agricultural, healthcare, and technology industries. Paul is currently active with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). He is a graduate of Duke University
